WANTED PERSONS
      MARK ALLEN BRIGGS WAS CAPTURED BY THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH TWO BANK ROBBERIES.
         THE FIRST BANK ROBBERY WAS IN McCUNE KANSAS ON NOVEMBER 27, 1996.   THE SECOND BANK ROBBERY WAS IN CARTHAGE MISSOURI ON DECEMBER 20, 1996.

     Briggs was captured by FBI agents in Yuma Arizona without incident on Wednesday
February 02, 2000.   Briggs was taken before  U.S. Magistrate Judge Jay Irwin in Yuma on Thursday February 03, 2000.  He was ordered transferred to the federal court in the Western District of Missouri.
