Lieutenant Duncan has been a Police Officer since 1977 and holds an MBA from Pittsburg State University.  He values his off-duty time to be with his wife, Debbie, Their daughter, Abbie, and son, Trevor.  Barry also writes customized computer software and has sold it to many Missouri police agencies.
